Returns Policy 

AUTOBEE LLC produces and prints jobs for you per the files, specifications, and instructions which you provide. While we will bring to your attention any errors that we notice, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR APPROVAL OF PROOFS, PROOF READING, AND ERRORS. PLEASE BE SURE TO DOUBLE CHECK SPELLING, GRAMMAR, PHONE NUMBERS, AND DESIGN BEFORE APPROVING ARTWORK! If we produce work that has been approved and contains errors during or after production, then you are responsible for full production costs (setup charges, printing, and materials), as well as any additional cost for producing or installing the work a second time, if you request us to do so. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR 100% OF APPROVALS, COPYRIGHTED, TRADEMARKED, AND LICENSED AGREEMENTS OF ARTWORK. All Artwork, Logos, Branding and Layouts are the intellectual property of Anthony Autobee & AUTOBEE LLC.It can not be used unless given permission or purchased separately. Your verbal/written approval, and/or signature of said artwork is contractually binding for payment for all services Anthony Autobee/ AUTOBEE LLC renders, installs, delivers and/or produces. along with any material purchased during or after the process.
If color matching or print quality is critical to your project, then we strongly urge you to request a color proof printed at full size (consisting of a portion of the job as a whole that contains the color(s) or image(s) that you want matched) before we print the entire job. Each round of digital or printed proofs adds to our standard turn-around time. If you require a proof from us before we print the entire job then be sure to allow an extra 2-to-3 business days per round of proofs) in your scheduling of the project. Only 2 revisions allowed per set of proofs. Any additional changes to the artwork beyond the allowed 2 will result in additional artwork fees; you have a 15-minute window to request a hold or change order. Please note that there is an additional charge for any additional proofs or different design concept than originally discussed.

Any sum not paid by the due date is subject to a 2% interest charge per each 15 days past due. In the event of collection, the customer agrees to pay all cost including attorneys fees.
Orders picked up within 2 weeks past due date are subject to storage charges. All cancellations will be subject to a $25 consulting charge. Deposit will be used to cover any artwork rendered or sent. If materials have been ordered for your job, you will be charged material fees. NO warranty on vehicle wraps, window perforated wraps, or wall wraps installations. $50 charge for returned checks.

 

Custom Products

Due to the nature of custom items, we do not accept returns. Please be reassured that our process involves your approval before our custom designs and items are completed and sent to you to ensure that you are completely satisfied.

 

 

Shipping

We can ship to any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
